Sitting up!

Yesterday I picked Katherine up from daycare and her caregiver told me she was sitting up all by herself and playing for ages! So I sat her up when we got home and here is the exclusive footage

Christening during Easter break in England

Katherine was baptised in the St John's Orthodox Church in Colchester on Sunday, the 11th of April!
We had family, god parents and a couple of friends attend the beautiful service. George was a star photographer and captured all the stages.
During the triple full immersion, Katherine's head hit the font (luckily only once), which upset her slightly, but she soon was cheered up by seeing her amazing christening dress and putting it on :)
At home we had champagne, sandwiches and cakes to celebrate!

5 months on Monday and new home!

We have turned 5 months in our new beautiful lake view home. Katherine is enjoying the view as well as the new high chair:

Katherine has rolled from tummy to back once so far and was very pleased, this picture was taken a second after:

She also rolls on her side when on her back as if she wants to be on her tummy, so we are all in anticipation :)
Not to be overlooked is the fact that she has a new friend, or even a boyfriend! We did discuss with his mum that if they were to marry we could spice up their wedding with these lovely pics :)

The lovely friend of ours is called Aimo and is 2 hours older than Katherine.

We went to Flumserberg, by train and then Katherine exprienced her first ride in a very steep cablecar!

First Book Review by Katherine Elizabeth Ellis

Katherine has decided that lying on the floor and kicking the life of elephants and parrots is for babies! She wants to sit up and read, watch TV and check emails. The problem is she can't really sit up yet, but if she is lying down, reclined, she curles up like a little prawn asking me to help her sit up, which I do. Then she wants something to read of course :) We have two bookcases full of books to get through, so she thought she better get started. She didnt get around to writing up the review yet, but a lot of what she thought you can read on her facial expression
